I have my Wind Down set for one hour, after which the Noise Mask begins. And man, that Forest Wind knocks me out. So far, I haven't found myself still up and staring at the ceiling by the time Brown Noise comes on. But aside from those instances where my head is being used as a springboard by the creatures that share my home, I've been sleeping pretty well through the night.
